If you buy everything, depending on quantity, you could have around a 3-6 month’s supply of most everything for a little over $300. You could always cut a few items here and there and get started for around $100. I think the very minimum would be to start with the magnesium, vitamin c, liver pills, and adrenal cocktails.

How much mag should you take?
5mg per lb of body weight. 200 lbs = 1,000mg/day of magnesium.
